Q: How and where can I book?
A: The easiest way is to use the booking form on the top right of the page or call us on +49 711 / 83 88 95-0. Further details can be given either by telephone or by email.
Q: Can I book with short notice or arrive without a booking?
A: Yes of course! Please call us shortly before you arrive to ensure room availability.
Q: Must I pay at the time of booking?
A: For bookings of up to 9 people, it is possible to pay upon check-in. For bookings for 10 or more we ask that payment is made before arrival.
Q: What time is check-in?
A: Our Reception is open 24 hours a day. Check-in is possible late at night. Regular check-in is from 2pm. Should you arrive prior to this time, and your room is ready, you may check-in early. If your room is not ready, you may leave your luggage in our luggage room.
Q: Do I have to become a member to book a room?
A: No. Anyone can book a room with us! We are not a Youth Hostel where a membership is required. Also age does not play a role!
Q: I am under 18...can I also stay at your hostel?
A: Yes. We require a photocopy of your parent's or guardian's passport together with a written consent from your parents or guardian.
Q: I have a lot of heavy luggage. Do you have a lift?
A: We don't have a lift but our lovely staff will gladly help you!
Q: I have had a change of plans. Can I cancel my reservation?
A: Yes that is possible. For a single person booking, cancellation is free until 5 days before arrival. Cancellations of groups of 10 or more require 4 weeks notice.
Q: How can I pay for my booking?
A: Payment is possible by direct bank transfer (bank details given upon request) as well as by credit card and Maestro
Q: Do you have a washing maschine?
A: Unfortunately no, but there is a laundromat just around the corner.
Q: How are your kitchens equipped?
A: All of our kitchens have a refridgerator, cook top, kettle, coffee maschine and sink. Plates are available to borrow for a small deposit.
